Our leadership structure is divided into three main groups — Admin Team chaired by Rich Barton takes care of the financial and stewarship areas as well as caring for all of the physical property of the church. Pretty much any questions or concerns with the money  to be directed to them.  The  buildings needs to be directed to the Trustee chair,  Jack Castimore  or  Steve Latz.  We have an active trustee group.

The Mission and Ministry Team are responsible for all of the activities inside and outside the church. Programs, events, worship, Christian education are coordinated through this group or one of its sub-groups. Kristin Lommel   is the chair.

Lay Leadership and Staff/Parish is a combination of these two groups that have the overall responsibility of indentifying, recruiting, equipping, and supporting all those who provide any kind of leadership. Lay Leadership works primarily with the laity of the church and Staff/Parish works primarily with the pastor to care for the relationship between the pastor and the people. Lay Leadership is chaired by the Pastor with help from __________ as Vice-Chair, and Staff/Parish is chaired by co-chair Troy Castimore.
